Mining News Agency -Mouteh Gold Mine produced 602 kilograms of gold ingots during the previous fiscal year (March 2017-18), registering a 58% growth compared with the year before, according to data released by the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade.
Mining News -The mine surpassed its production target of 258 kilograms for the year with a 133% rise in output, IRNA reported. Furthermore, 42 kilograms were produced in the last month of the year, Esfand (Feb. 20-March 20), showing a 10% growth year-on-year.
Iran’s first exploited deposit of the precious mineral, Mouteh Gold Mine, is located in Meymeh County in Isfahan Province and has a production capacity of 300,000 kg.
