Mining News Agency -Major Iranian mining companies produced 38 million and 340 thousand and 530 tonnes of Iron Ore concentrates in the last Iranian year(ended March 20,2018),up 18 percent year-on-year.
Mining News -According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, Gol_e_gohar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for 14 million and 241 thousand and 302 tonnes of the total output, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 8.54 million tonnes, Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 4.94 tonnes, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company with 4.4 million tonnes, Goharzamin Iron Ore Company with 4.1 million tonnes and Opal Parsian Sangan with 2.1 million tonnes.
Iran’s six major granulated iron ore production companies had a total production of 6 million and 612 thousand and 468 tonnes of granulated iron ore in the last Iranian year (ended March20, 2018, registering a 11 percent rise YOY.
Sangan Iron Ore Complex was the biggest producer with 2 million and 198thousand and 407 tonnes followed by Iran Central Iron Ore Company with one million and 826 thousand and 820 tonnes, Iran Central Plateau Iron Ore Company with one million and 39 thousand and 860 tonnes, Jalalabad Iron Ore Company with 849thousand and 759 tonnes, Mishdovan iron Ore Company with 327 thousand and 622tonnes and Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 370thousand tonnes
