Mining News Agency -According to the report, the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) announced to execute the preliminary determination of the anti-dumping duty on the imports of steel plates from South Korea, India and Indonesia. It was a recent anti-dumping measure except the Section 232.
Mining News -The initial result showed that Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd. and Dongkuk Steel Mill ao, Ltd. would be levied anti-dumping rate of 11.64% and 0.90%, respectively.
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) extended to impose the anti-dumping duty on the imports of steel plates from these countries last December in order to avoid the anti-dumping and countervailing occurring again.
In the future, the USDOC was likely to impose the countervailing rate of 0.54% and 0.21% for Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd. and Dongkuk Steel Mill Co, Ltd. The result would be published within 120 days.
