According to Mining News Pro - This year, Iranian Steel Market Conference and Expo took place in IRIB Conference Center in Tehran, and Seyed Mohammad Atabak, CEO Kaveh-Pars Mining Industries Development Company told Mining News Agency: "As you were possibly informed, Iran now has the production capacity of 35 million tons of steel productions.
The capacity is about 35 million tons of steel but the production is about 23 to 24 million tons of steel. We can have about 20 million tons of export in the coming year and this congress was about finding solution for export destinations of Iran’s steel products.
Generally, we have come to an agreement in this congress with our partners to reach our goals in the field of steel.
I am looking forward to complete all the targets."
