Mining News Pro - Exports of gas condensates declined by more than 40% in the first five months of the year compared to the same period last year.
According to Mining News Pro -According to the latest customs statistics of Iran`s foreign trade by the end of August, during this period, four million and 167 thousand tons of gas condensate from Iran were exported to the target countries of export of this product, whose value of exports to these two billion and $ 169 million arrives.
Exports of Iranian gas condensate during this period are 9% and 11.23% of the total value of Iran`s exports.
However, the statistics provided by the Customs show that the weight of Iranian gas condensate exports decreased by 41.62% over the same period last year and the value of exports of these materials decreased by 22.53%.
Thus, by examining last year`s statistics, it can be seen that last year, by the end of August, seven million and 139 thousand tons of gas condensate worth $ 2.5 billion and $ 800 million had been exported from Iran.
Exports of gas condensate accounted for 14.97 percent of the total weight and 16.49 percent of Iran`s total export value last year.
